1. About Us

RIMLY is a trading name of RIMLY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17152646). Our website is rimly.co.uk and you can contact us at hello@rimly.co.uk.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Our Products

RIMLY sells a water-powered toilet cleaning wand and related accessories. All products are intended for domestic household use in the United Kingdom.

Product descriptions, images and renders on our website are as accurate as possible. As our product is currently in development, final product specifications may vary slightly from those shown. Any material changes will be communicated to customers before dispatch.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

Pricing All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

Early access orders Some orders placed during our early access period are reservation orders. By placing an early access order you agree that your product will be dispatched when it becomes available and that dispatch timescales may change. You will be notified of any significant delays and may cancel your reservation order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales stated at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control including courier delays, customs or adverse weather.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost in transit please contact us at hello@rimly.co.uk and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Installation and Use

RIMLY is designed to connect to a standard household cold water supply. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is installed correctly in accordance with the installation guide provided with every unit.

We strongly recommend that customers with concealed or non-standard cisterns seek professional plumbing advice before installation.

We are not liable for damage to your property arising from incorrect installation or misuse of the product.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our full returns and refund policy is set out separately at rimly.co.uk and forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Warranty

RIMLY products carry a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Full warranty terms are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss including loss of income, loss of profit or damage to property arising from use or misuse of our products
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

10. Intellectual Property

All content on rimly.co.uk including text, images, logos, renders and design is owned by or licensed to RIMLY LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

RIMLY is a registered trademark. Our product design is protected by UK Registered Design. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued.

11. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at rimly.co.uk. By placing an order or joining our waitlist you consent to us processing your data for the purposes of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about your purchase and our products.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

12. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time.

Our website may contain links to third party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at rimly.co.uk. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
