Do I need a plumber?
It uses standard fittings and is designed for simple installation. If you're not comfortable fitting it, a licensed plumber can do it quickly. Always install to your local plumbing rules.
Will it work with my toilet?
It's designed to connect to a standard toilet water supply. We're testing across common toilet types and will share compatibility details before launch.
Will it splash back?
It has a splash guard and you aim from above, so water stays in the bowl.
How much will it cost?
Launch pricing isn't final yet. The first batch is limited, and the waitlist gets first access to it.
Will I pay customs on a US order?
Yes. We'll ship from the UK, so US customs may charge import duty and a handling fee when your parcel arrives. We can't give an exact amount, as it depends on US rules at the time. We're a small business, so we won't be able to cover these costs at launch, and we'd rather be upfront than hide them in the price.
Where does it live?
On its wall holder, dry and out of sight. Nothing wet sitting next to your toilet.
What about leaks?
It's designed to run water only while you're using it, and we're working through water-safety certification before we ship. Check the connection after fitting, as with any plumbing.
